MC Yinka & DJ Booker provide an answer by teaming up to bring us their first LP “Night Lights”.

MC Yinka finds inspiration in blighted areas, urban struggles and multicultural subcultures. Night Lights is fully produced by DJ Booker who balances between trippy and minimal sounds with dark beats which vary from broken to “J Dilla – inspired” rhythms to discreet patterns that trigger the imagination and the expectations of the audience.

The album also features one of the best “conscious” MCs, Mr. Lif and the hip-hop street performers Twinsanity, who call our attention to the raw reality from Athens to Boston.

Night Lights is released on vinyl by the label Mind The Wax and includes 10 tracks.
