Our aim is to serve you to the fullest satisfaction. Of course this includes correct business practices.
The contract becomes valid once your order has been confirmed. This confirmation contains the items you have ordered.

The information and data used by Boom Selectah is to process the clients order as efficiently and confidentially as possible.
No third party will have access to personal information which is handed on a strictly confidential basis according to the data protection law.
Jurisdiction
Our business activity function exclusively according to Greek law, with jurisdiction extending to your area of residence in case of complaints.
Prices
All prices are including Greek VAT 24%. If you are a European business and you want Invoice, contact with us in our e-mail info@boomselectah.com in order to give us your business information and exclude the VAT from the Invoice.

4.00€ for 5 products + 0.50€ for every extra product.

All items are shipping uninsured unless it is requested & paid for by Buyer.

14€ for 5 products + 1.00€ for every extra one

Receipt from the store
You can receive your order from the store without extra charge.
Time of Delivery

1-3 Workdays
In this time with Covid 19 the time of delivery will be to 2-7 workdays due to the lot of work for all the transport companies.

Debit and Credit Card via Alpha Bank
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of ”Alpha e-commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

PRE – ORDER ITEMS
We offer the service to pre-order items. These are items such as vinyl that will be available for shipment only after the stated pre-order date. Generally an order can contain both, available and pre-order items and will we shipped as soon as all items are available.
PRE-ORDER DATES
Delays of the pre-order date can occur due to late delivery. As soon as we know about such a delay we will quickly pass that information on to you.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
After sending and paying for your order, it is possible to cancel it within three (3) hours. In that case, contact us over the phone at +306947878625 or +3023130 86171. After the passing of 3 hours there isn’t the possibility to cancel the order.
Returns
Returns are accepted when the following terms and conditions apply:
• The product has to be returned within fourteen (15) days from the day it was
bought.
• The product should not have been used, should be in the same condition it was before the sale, should be still sealed in its whole package which shouldn’t be torn or opened, and it should contain all its contents.
• There should be the purchase receipt along with the product.
• Since all of the above terms apply, contact us either over the phone at +30 2313 086171 or via e-mail at boomselectahrecords@gmail.com before the shipping.
• The shipping cost for the returned product falls on the customer and only, with the exception that the product that was delivered was other than the one that was ordered.
• In case of products that have factory-made damage, you have to contact with us within 24hours. The damaged products are returned and either are replaced with the same product, as long as it is available, either with store credit, or with money return.
• We package and send our product with the best way possible, so that they won’t get damaged during the transfer. For this reason, we don’t accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur during transfer. Thus, in that case returns aren’t accepted. You have to pay attention when you receive it from the postman and you have to check about its condition.
• In any other case of return, the customer has the right to choose from store credit, some other purchase, or money return.
• In case of repeated returns from a customer, or abuse of the return policy, the company has the right to deny the said return.
