A special music night with feel good melodies, soul energy and Caribbean vibes!
Their recent album, “Paint Everything White”, is just the occasion to enjoy two hours of good music and to travel mentally to Caribbean places… a musical meeting in the wonderful Garden of the Megaron.
“Paint Everything White” is the result of a collaboration between Sugahspank and Blend Mishkin, 12 years after their first record meeting. A pleasant but also creative collaboration that confirmed their musical chemistry and led to the creation of a fresh reggae soul diamond.. and all this happened from distance, in the middle of quarantine. The album was released by Boom Selectah Records on white colour vinyl, in limited copies.
Behind every track of the album lies a small story. The alternations of beat and soulful interpretations meet reggae and hip-hop music, creating an exciting musical experience with alternations of emotion without missing the most inner, sensitive moments.
The first single, “Yummy Man”, is the song that you can listen to on repeat since its rhythm seduces you, while the whole album managed to steal the impressions, with the most positive reviews following one another.
“Paint Everything White” will be presented live for the first time in the Garden of Megaron!
It will be a night dedicated to music and of course we will have the opportunity to hear previous favourite songs from both two artists, as well as uplifting covers accompanied by the excellent band Roots Evolution and MC Jeff Gonzalez.
Roots Evolution is the seven-member band that accompanies Blend Mishkin on his European tours and on his last four albums as session musicians.
